Director of Sales - Luxury Senior Living

We have a wonderful opportunity for a proven Sales professional. We are seeking a Director of Sales for a large luxury Senior Living campus located in the greater San Rafael area. The community offers high-end Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living accommodations for the residents. The Sales Director is responsible for maintaining strong resident census levels for the campus. This campus is absolutely gorgeous and has an outstanding reputation throughout the area. The Sales Director will work closely with the Executive Director to promote and establish the campus as the premier Senior Living provider in Marin County.

Executive Director - Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) / Life Plan Community (Sonoma County)

We have an opportunity for a seasoned Executive Director for a beautiful CCRC located in the heart of wine country! The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years ED/LNHA experience serving Seniors, and those requiring additional assistance. This person will also have a history of strong survey results, good tenure, and a passion to provide excellent care and customer service to the residents. The ED is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the community in accordance with applicable company, federal, state, and local standards to ensure the highest quality care and customer service is provided to its residents at all times.

Regional Nurse Consultant (RN) - California

We are currently searching for a Regional Nurse Consultant (RN) to provide support and mentorship for multiple Senior Care communities throughout California. The person will also help implement and coordinate programs to monitor and improve the quality of resident care, maintain regulatory compliance, and enhance efficiency for the communities. The ideal candidate will be an RN with a minimum of 3 years experience in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and/or CCRC settings. The position requires regular travel to communities within California. There is the opportunity to work from home, at one of the local communities, or at the Corporate Office on days where site visits are not required. RNs with current Quality Assurance (QA) or Director of Nursing (DON) experience are encouraged to apply. Previous multi-site experience is a plus.

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in CA; NHA or RCFE a plus
• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Skilled Nursing. Additional clinical experience in a CCRC, Assisted Living or Memory Care is a big plus
• Must have a valid Driver’s license and have the ability to travel as needed
• The ideal candidate will reside in Southern California or the SF Bay area

Sales Director - Assisted Living Senior Care Community

We are looking for a Sales Director for a beautiful Senior Living community located in the San Mateo area. In this position, you will cultivate relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources and communicate the unique benefits of the retirement community in order to advance sales to move-ins.

This position is responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of sales and marketing for the community through advertising, public relations, direct mail, special events, market research, and referral development.

Successful candidates will have a passion for sales and a unique understanding of enriching people’s lives through hospitality services. Two years of previous experience in senior living sales and/or property leasing sales is preferred.

Compensation package includes a base salary plus a generous commission structure, as well as excellent benefits and room for professional growth.
